Back on the podium for the first time since February 2023.
Anton had a great Saturday night and went 4-3 for 3rd overall. Included in his winnings – a badass trophy and a champagne ceremony. He has momentum, and knows he belongs. This is huge for us, and the fight for the red plate has commenced.
I had a shitty weekend, but pulled two holeshots and got 4th in the B main on Friday and 2nd in the B main on Saturday. I’m leaving for my honeymoon tomorrow morning in 10 hours, and frankly, that was on my mind way more than racing, and my right wrist had a lot of quit in it this weekend. Racing at 36 is harder for many reasons, responsibility off the track being the front runner.
